Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process.
Build applicant sources by serving as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
Management and develop company’s careers social media fanpage for employer branding and talents attracting.
Prepare job advertisements placing on different kinds of recruitment channels.
HR Operation and Administration:
Assist expatriates to obtain visa, work permit, residence card, and police record.
Carry out internal communication activities.
Maintain & always keep up-to-date the personnel database and confidential employee information.
