Scope of works:
+ Draft and Review legal documents (sale contract, service contract, etc)
+ Translate between Vietnamese and English for some legal documents (Sale contract, service contract, some documents relating to transportation fields, etc)
+ Update the law/ legal documents for Company policies.
+ Take part in Company events, voluntaries, etc.
+ Practice in logistic activities, including customs clearance procedure, etc.
+ Book and deliver stationery orders for Legal team.
+ Work with authorities/ government agencies for customs clearance procedure, applying certificates..

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp; có khả năng quản lý sắp xếp thời gian trong công việc;

- Kỹ năng nghiên cứu tài liệu, cập nhật văn bản pháp lý/ tìm hiểu thông tin, ghi nhận và xử lý thông tin.

Moreover, Taking the advantages of researching in aspects of legal fields such Commercial law, IP law, etc; accumulating the experience, and finding out the interpersonal skills to become a useful Legal staff, and gain potential experiences from colleagues. From that, I can make a significant contribution to the Company's benefits.
