- Involve and assist Top Management in preparation of the company's overall Human Resource and General Services plan and budget;
- Policies Formulation and enforcement. Implement all the policy from RHQ in Singapore and JTB Group in Japan.
- Plan, review, and evaluate the work of subordinates and staffs of other departments/branch offices. Performance Appraisal for annual salary increment and bonus.

- Identify best practices and improve internal systems with toward future needs.
- Coordinate with all Managers to make a annual plan for annual personnel plan before get approval from Top Management. Supervise the recruitment process to hire the most qualified candidate for the vacancies.

- Develops and recommends approval to the employee's training plans, resolve personnel concerns and issues; select, motivate and evaluate personnel. Coordinate with JTB University to organize training in class and E-learning.
- Planning all matter related to office relocation, set up branch, tour desk such as: looking for location, lease contract, business license, renovation,...
- Managing applications for social insurance, medical insurance, visas, work permits, temporary resident cards,... for employees in accordance with Vietnam law.
- Monitor all HR & Admin matter of the company.
