Event Marketing: Capable of planning and executing launching car, test-driving event
-KIA Exhibition at Becamex Binh Duong (2019): approximately 300 audiences left
contact, 80 test-drive completed, 8 contacts signed within two event days.
-BMW 5 Series New launching in Showroom (2021): 20 audiences left contact,
5 test-drive completed, 2 contacts signed.
-Test-dive at Showroom/ Coffee Shop (monthly) and mini roadshow (quarterly) for KIA,
MAZDA, Peugeot, BMW to increase brand recall, approach new customers and push the
potential customers to decide. The contacts in these events account for 20% of the
total sale.
Customer Service:
- Collect the customer’s information after they reached the ads/ call mobile on
Facebook, Zalo, and delivery to Sale department for follow-step.
- Analyse the customer is arising in Salesforce.
- Receive feedback from customers and the Support Service center to resolve
the problems
In-house brand Awareness:
- Execute panel advertising, bankroll and LED inside and outside the showroom/ partners
- Manage POSM and Sales kit for Sale Consultants and Customers.
Supervisor:
- Analyzed the market, competitors to propose suitable product campaigns.
- Supervised online activities of Sales Consultants.
