Main responsibilities:
- Inputting data into Fast software and dirving month end closing process to
preparing monthly Financial Statements for 5 customers (related to type of
business: production, trading, construction, IT)
- Preparing Tax report (VAT, VAT refund once every 4 months, PIT, CIT, FCT and others)
- Making payroll and handling insurance records monthly.
- Consulting and answering customers' queries via phone and email.
- Dealing with auditor of clients and checking audit report.
- Attend soft skills courses and courses to update knowledge about tax law and accounting at the company.
Achievements and skills gained:
- Having a chance to observe, learn and catch customers’ taste well.
- Having capable of completing financial statements, tax reports.
- Working well under high pressure.
- Having the opportunity to resolve issues directly with the Tax authorities.
- Apply the PDCA cycle in planning, implementing, testing and reporting to customers.
- Using Excel, Word, Accounting software proficiently
