• Manage finger print Canteen management tripod & system
• Ensure all the transactions (including paper works and data systems) are all
updated, followed decisions and guidelines from superiors
• Manage filling system of associates’ profiles
• Handle related HR reports for HR department, authority and corporate
• Ensure all administrative tasks for smooth operations
Project of the year:
✓ Launch and deploy new HR Management System (CADENA System)
✓ Renew Profiles Filling System (~700 profiles)

team building, entertaining activities, competitions & engagement survey
• Organizing events from logistic preparation, design activities,
communicated with participants and contact with external related
