HR Specialist:
Be in charge of implementing recruitment works of all positions (from staff to manager) according to company’s recruitment policy:
• Receive requirements from other Departments
• Clarify their needs
• Making plan, select suitable method to recruit
• Screening CVs
• Test and interview candidates
• Interview evaluating and make hiring decision
• Consult for Hiring Manager if any
+ Take care of candidates during interview and work process;
+ Send Job Offer to successful candidates, make orientation and arrange for their first join;

+ Complete monthly payroll for employees, calculate monthly salary and handle social insurance for employees who work at Cam Ranh city.
+ Manage employee’s Social Insurance Books (SIB) including: prepare applications for issuing SIB, control SIB, record SIB, …
+ Support other HR tasks if any and other tasks are assigned by Senior HR Manager.
