* HR Part-time [ Jan 2019 - April 2019 ]
Main responsibilities:
- Support information processing and contact candidates for interview
- Manage the interview schedule of the candidate that the HR department has arranged.
- Welcome and guide candidates to interview companies and inform the relevant departments.
- Supporting HR department in communication and recruitment events.
- Supporting other human resources departments.
* HR Full-time [ May 2019- Present ]
- Receive requests to recruit positions from team leaders
- Job posting on social network;
- Headhunt candidates from diverse sources: Vietnamworks,Linkedin, Social network, ...;
- Prepare recruitment plans for months, quarters and years to meet the needs of personnel in the departments.
- Participate in idea development and deployment of recruitment brand development
- Conduct recruitment on websites, social networks, forums... select candidates, search and filter records, arrange interview schedules, invite candidates, welcome candidates and
exchange labor agreements.
- Manage data system related to candidates (personal information of candidates, status etc.)
- Join the team to provide suitable recruitment directions for the Company every month.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
