• Develop and manage the factory Quality Team to consistently meet and improve product quality, process execution

- Conduct period assessment (monthly) for all canteens for hygiene & safety condition. Issue non-compliance report to canteens after audit, follow up the corrective actions. Make the audit report and send to top management.
- Request the food safety and hygiene improvement to canteens, give training to employees, canteen management.
- Assist in monitoring all suppliers and period assessment to ensure that meet standards of company and customer.
* Handling troubleshooting and investigation of all quality non-conformance issues and corrective action.
* Key coordinator in Food Safety and Environment Licensing in HCM and South to achieve on time licensing and approvals.
* Support to prepare proper documents and technical terms in authority Food Hygiene and Safety as well as Environment Authority audit.
* Keep tracking updated food safety regulation change and share with Team Leader and top management.
* Sampling check finish product quality, water, tools. Send to lab test and report the result compare to our registed parameter.

* Inspect, supervise directly the complying with the requirements of quality system standards, suggest the corrective action and supervise the fullfilment of all the departments.
* Follow up the manufacturing action have to meet food safety and hygiene at HCM packing center as well as at provincial branch.
* Summary the documents, certificates and plan the details to prepare for the internal audit, external audit of 3rd party or customers visit.
