Owner’s Assistant – acting General Manager
• Manage all departments and work closely with department heads on a daily basis to ensure the Hotel operation in compliance with Hotel policies & regulations, Service procedures & standard and Owner’s expectation
• Lead all the key Hotel projects / issues including Hotel planning, refurbishment, customer service, and human resource.
• A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
• Flexibly apply short- and long-term strategic goals in order to maximize the revenue and minimize the cost to maintain the hotel operation during Covid-19 period
• Report directly to the property Owner and consult the Owner regarding to some key decision of the hotel

Assistant to Chief Operation Officer
• Review all the documents and emails before submitting to COO, and support COO to reply or assign tasks to related associates and follow up further.
• Assist COO to review and amend Brand Standard, Financial budgets including OPEX and CAPEX, HR Manning, Periodical Plans and Action Plans, etc.
• Ensure effective communications within the hotels & resorts chain, accurate information and spirit are delivered to department heads and employees. Follow up with related hotel managers and departments to ensure all the tasks are efficiently completed within Deadlines
• By understanding of the operation standard, company policy, and hospitality mindset, support COO and all departments if needed to maintain the standard and service quality.
