• Prepare monthly data payroll for local staff and onsite payroll.
• Follow up with external services for on time payroll.
• Answer associates’ concern related to payroll.
• Input, update employee master’s data into HR system.
• Check the legalization and sufficiency of personnel documents of new employees.
• Preparing monthly timesheet report.
• Check and control OT in accordance with labour law.
• Manage and administer the employee labour contract.
• Experience in working with SAP system and HRIS system managing employee data & records.

• Be in charge of PVI healthcare insurance: make report on increasing/decreasing labours or changing salary; deliver PVI Insurance cards for all employees.
• Collect PIT Authorization Letter for yearly tax finalization.
• Co-ordinate in organizing annual medical check-up for employees.
• Experience in working with Internal and external audit.
• Having knowledge of Labor Laws, PIT Law, Social Insurance Laws.
• Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
