Task description:
- Assistant in legal department:
+ Keep abreast of latest Vietnam regulatory issues;
+ Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, and legal advices for clients;
+ Summit legal documents of company and clients to competent authority such as business
registration certificate, investment certificate, ect.
- Some administrative supports:
+ Arrange, prepare documents for management boarding meetings, office meetings;
+ Coordinate and maintain relationships with Clients and improve client relationships;
+ Order office supplies and stationer, etc.;
+ Preparing VAT invoice & managing petty cash;
