+ Assist Vice-Principal to manage, coordinate, supervise the progress,
performance quality of teaching activities; supervise and monitor the
administrative activities; report daily progress to the Vice-Pricipal.
+ Translate documents/ letters between Vietnamese and English
+ Be Translater/Interpreter in the Seminar/Conference with foreigners
+ Assist Vice-Principal to arrange simultaneously services in the
conferences, workshops and trainings of the project, to ensure the
translate quality fulfilled; translate documents after approved by the
project management.
+ Co-ordinate with the person in charge to support them operate
meetings, workshops, trainings, fieldtrips and other activities
including prepare documents, telephoning and logistic activities, etc.
+ Prepare documents, letters under the guidance/ permission of
manager.
+ Other activities assigned by the manager
