- Support attorneys or senior associates with corresponding with clients, drafting quotation and preparing for all legal matters which shall be taken at direct consulting meetings with clients.
- Handle all the administration part like maintaining, updating, and keeping track of the important legal documents relating to client’s cases and make them available to the Partner in charge when being requested.
- Handle infringement of industrial property rights in the field of trademarks and copyrights.
- Provide legal advice and other legal services to clients, include, but not limited to: intellectual property law, family law, enterprise law, labor law.
- Support Partner or line Manager and/or participating directly to the clients in solving conflicts, to play role as the duty authorized party of the clients in dealing with litigation and dispute settlement.

- Draft and review contracts and other legal documents to ensure they conform to legal requirements and protect the interests of the company, including, but not limited to:purchase contracts; rent contracts; labor contract forms; NDA form.
- Working closely with other departments, such as procurement, marketing, and sale, to ensure that contracts are in line with business goals and objectives.
- Perform for establishing intellectual property rights, such as: trademark (in Vietnam and foreign), copyright, industrial design.
- Carry out the notify the set-up of sales e-commerce website and applications.
- Handle infringement of industrial property rights (trademark, industrial design, copyright).
- Other legal requirements/supports within the Company designed by Line Manager or BOD.

- Review, draft, and negotiate global and local contracts with clients and vendors.
- Handle all corporate matters in relation to the Company.
- Ensure the legality of the company operation in authorization and managing of authorization.
- Research laws and provide legal opinion/advice on any matters of the Company’s business activities, such as investment law, corporate law, Intellectual Property law, etc.
- Perform for establishing intellectual property rights, such as: trademark (in Vietnam and foreign), copyright, industrial design.
- Support BOD for the factory on all legal tasks.
- Other tasks as assigned by management or BOD.

- Provide legal advice to a wide variety of stakeholders, on all issues related to the operation of the Company, including, but not limited to: company law, labor law, contract law, real estate issues, security issues, confidentiality and privacy law, medical law, pharmacy law, intellectual property law.
- Draft, review and negotiate various contracts, including lease contracts, supplier’s contracts, service contracts, construction contracts, cooperation contract.
- Research, draft and implement licensing procedure with State Agencies, such as: establishing pharmacies, drug wholesalers, clinics, research institutes; advertising licenses; registering intellectual property rights for trademarks, copyright.
- Train legal knowledge and guide on the compliance with internal regulation to manager level and company’s employee.
- Assist in advising on marketing campaigns and initiatives to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance.
- To participate to the other Department in solving conflicts, to play role as the duty authorized party of the Company in dealing with litigation and dispute settlement.
- Inspecting, checking and appropriately amending Policies, Regulations, process
- Updates the system of legal documents and Vietnamese standards related to the Company’s activities.
- Other legal requirements/supports within the Company designed by Line Manager or BOD.
