Main Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Management.
2. C&B management and execution, align with Retention and HR
Development Strategy.
3. Payroll and budget.
4. Employee relations.
5. Build & retain the working team through suitable policy and effective
training programs.
6. Set up the training plan, implement & appraise yearly training courses.
7. Manage KPIs System and Performance Evaluation assessment system.
8. Government Duties Management and Execution for all staffs
Vietnamese and Expats (social insurance, health insurance, PIT, work
permit, working visa).
9. Provide a clear strategic focus for workforce issues and a variety of
services to facilitate the smooth operation of the company.
10.Collaborate with management, assisting line Managers, other
departments toward the company’s efficiency.
11.Hold internal parties/events, annual team building.
12.Admin projects (including but not limited to New site projects / Legal projects) align with the direction and target of the line manager.

HR & Admin Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Comply, renew & train all policy, Code of Conduct, and regulation to
assure all staffs and managers in the company understand to follow.
- Plan Human Resource for the company. Planning HR Strategy.
- Recruit & retain good staffs & managers for the company to assure the
workforce is available and archive yearly sales target.
- Build & retain the working team through suitable policy and effective
training programs.
- Set up the training plan, implement & appraise yearly training courses.
- Carry out yearly staff appraisal. Set up KPIs for the company.
- Set up the salary and allowance schemes according to the salary system
in the market. Manage payroll; handle all admin work to assure all daily
supply for all departments to run smoothly.
- Consult for BOD to solve all labor depute & conflict.
- Manage and keep good relations with the labor union.
- Liaise and maintain good relations with Government organizations.
- Build a good work environment & culture for the company.
- Manage the Admin department include: admin staff, driver team,
cleaning staff, IT staff.
- Other tasks assigned by BOD.
