1. Compliance with CSR, HSE (safety, health, environment) local law system, firefighting, In charge audit of customer, follow CAP until finish (Nike, Adidas standard audit).
2. Local admin purchasing, international spare part, IT service, CCTV, maintenance service external.
3. HR activities:
a) Orientation training with new staffs.
b) Plan, follow up and update the matrix training of company (internal training and external training).
c) Review the attendance table on time and correctly (included payroll, SI, HI, UI, PIT) before send to the Accounting department.
d) Develop, update, follow up, and review recruitment strategy, Joining interview process, Ensure the recruitment plan meet the timeline and target.
e) Develop, update, review, and follow up company policy, procedure and regulation.
f) Plan, implement the Appraisal and bonus yearly.
g) Join the discipline process, issue the warning letter.
h) KPI management system and training for KPI process.
4. Admin activities:
a) Perform general duties which include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, car arrangement, canteen, security, cleaner, messenger, phone, hotel, air ticket…. b) Organize annual party for employees at year end party/ involve to company tour.
c) Make the work permit, resident card, apply visa for expats in company.
5. Trade Union: Establish the trade union and all activities involved to Trade Union in company.
