* Trade Marketing:
- Create and build a retail marketing plan for a whole year of 3 brands including Vascara, Catwalk (for women) & Adler (for men)
- Planning budget expense for a whole year, controlling the budget in approved cost.
- Commit the sales target each month and a whole year to BOD.
- Lead team Trade Marketing for executing the trade marketing plan such as the grand opening store, launching a new collection, big sale, loyalty program, promotion, event...
- Budget allocation for other teams such as media, VM...to build the 360-degree marketing plan for each campaign of the company
- Coordinate with other teams (Media, Sales, VM, Merchandise, ECommerce, IT, Purchasing..) to achieve target and KPI for each campaign.
- Communicate and execute marketing materials for over 130 in-store events
- Plan, organize and attend events and trade shows
- Create and build a new concept event for Vascara with the project named Winter Wonderland - Pop-up sales event.
- Do report monthly, yearly and analyze the data and provide solutions to improve work efficiency.
- Work closely with Sales Dept to achieve the Sales Target and improve Store/Areas which have the low revenue.
* Brand Marketing:
- Work with creative/art director to create the concept for shooting new collections such as Ms. Ha Do (from Dep magazine), Mr. Adam Williams (from Australian's Next top model).
- Act as a main communication agent of the brand to be a sponsor for Vietnamese designer Le Thanh Hoa, Vietnam International Fashion Week 2018, New York Fashion Week 2019 (Cong Tri), the movie "Co Ba Sai Gon" and many other sponsorship projects.
- Work closely with famous designers such as Le Thanh Hoa, Cong Tri to create a limited collection for Vascara and deploying the collection launch on over 100 stores.
* Ecommerce:
- Coordinate and build promotion plan for E-commerce department in Vascara whole year and emphasize on a special event such as 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, Black Friday, 12.12.
- Coordinate with Shopee, Vnshop to build a marketing plan for each quarter.
* Partnership:
- Build a long-term relationship with other brands for win-win collaboration such as sponsorship, partnership to drive traffic and recruit new consumers, increases brand awareness.
- Do report and evaluate each collaboration project for improving the next one.
Achievement:
- Build the professional visibility of POSM for more than 100 stores nationwide.
- Launching the new concept event named Winter Wonderland which was the most remarkable event in Dec 2016 by Buzz Metrics.
- Launching successfully the project collaboration with the most talented designer Mr. Cong Tri in New York Fashion Week 2019
- Contribute more than 60% revenue for the company from Trade activities from 3 years continue.

- Work with supplier for production logistics for activation in many provinces in Vietnam.
