Logistic Supervisor
Responsible for all on site aspects of the logistics, supply chain and customer
delivery operations. In charge of making sure that each stage of the distribution
process is processing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards.
 Maintaining control and ensure regulations to all import and export
processes
 Obtaining all required import permits and export licenses for all
processes.
 Coordinating with Planning, Warehousing and Sourcing department to
establish an efficient export classification and prepare tariff schedule
 Providing an efficient interface with freight forwarders, resolve all
shipment issues
 Performing all record keeping processes and maintain records of all entry
and ensuring that all appropriate documentation is kept on file and
available for inspection at all times
 Manage rebalancing to balance stock
 Working with shipping agent to arrange shipment by air or express to
meet requirement.
 Manage old stock destruction process twice per year
Merchandising support
 Coordinate with Manager to plan Lunching and arrange shipment
delivery on time for each store as schedule
 Weekly update client’s request and follow up with regional until end
 Responding to all customer complaints or queries in an efficient manager
 Assist and Coordinate between Local team and Regional merchandising
department for all season buying, client request, lunching program etc…
 Manage the ordering of all merchandise and Non-merchandise items and
follow up the order until close the deal
SUPPERVISE STORE OPERATION:
 Executing everyday operations according to standard procedures to
make sure quality customer service and maximize profit
 Make Daily, weekly and Monthly sale report and report to Store manager
& Country manager
 Analyzing the data sale Vs stock to provide right sale forecast
 Checking and analyzing inventory level to arrange replenishment
