Order tracking:
+ Tracking order status at beginning until finishing.
+ Receive orders from customers, calculate to get final quantity.+ Making sales contracts (domestic and export).
+ Receive, synthesize and spread all information of the order to each specific department, spread production orders
(factory and partners).
+ Having constantly updated information about orders / products to notify if there is any changes / adjustments
related to the order.
+ Tracking production progress, arrange and notify Inline inventory schedules..
+ Working with 3rd party to get booking, arrange shipment schedule, track shipping containers, providing all packing
information and the other required information is sent to the 3rd party to complete the documents shipping to
customers.
+ Adjust, change the export schedule to match the actual schedule of factory to meet customer requirements.
+ Complaints: Receiving, processing, and taking notes, synthesizing all complaints of customers.
+ Payment: coordinate with accounting department to monitor the advance and payment of customers, ensure
customers pay on time.
+ Coordinate with 3rd party to release goods to customers and follow up with sending of original documents to
customers.
+ Report: Summary, storage, analysis of overview data, details about
+Orders: Analyzing data by month, by customer, by product.
