- Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze salary
information to determine company’s competitive positions.
-Propose with CPO and department Annual salary review to ensure
keeping talent.
2. Policies, Procedures & Systems Development & Management:
- Manage the review, update & development of policies, procedures &
systems in compliance with legal requirements & HC policies
- Lead designing, developing and managing of HRM system. Ensure all
of funtion run well.Working on reports for HR Director, relating to
headcount, turnover rate, functional report, rolling forecast.
3. C&B Operaration Management:
Lead & manage C&B Team to conduct accurate & timely C&B
periodical activities, including payroll, bonus, insurance, PIT, reports,
budgeting, etc.Coach & develop C&B Team for proper operation &
career advancement.
4. Recruitment & Training:
Recruitemnt: Involved in recruiting processes such as Interviewing
candidates (on behaft CPO), sharing feedbacks after interviews,
probation evaluating, conducting orientation and special budget
recruitment etc.
Training: Control Training budget and review training result. Besided,
lead the performance management in all partnered functions
5. Others:Provide training, guidance or consulting to team leader and
manager to enhance C&B knowledge & support employee

1. Total rewards & System development.
- Prepare high quality benchmarking analysis based on external salary
survey (Mercer) for Bosch HCM.
- Design, develop C&B programs including salary structure, benefits,
recognition programs, etc to ensure internal fairness and external
competitiveness.
- Propose yearly pay band to proceed Annual salary review.
- Being in-charge of monthly/quarterly personnel budgeting.
- Manage the review, update & development of policies, procedures in
compliance with legal requirements & internal.
- Give requirement for technical team for C&B funstion (SAP system).
Ensure all of funtion run well. Beside, Give new ideas to improvement
about system report.
2. C&B Operaration Management:
- Lead & manage C&B: Team to conduct accurate & timely C&B
periodical activities, including payroll, bonus, insurance, PIT, health
insurance, budgeting, etc. Coach and develop C&B Team for proper
operation & career advancement.
- Work closely with HR Global to provide HR report such as FTE,
Headcount, CTC (company to cost)
- Being key contact for HR Business partner to provide guidance on
remuneration including salary package offer, salary changes.
3. Others:
- Provide training, guidance whole question according C&B to
employee.
- Work closely with labor law for reporting related to C&B functions.
- Checking and verify data that provide by payroll service team
