Develop Brand positioning, Marketing strategy and Action plan for the year 2020 of brands Rossi,
Stroman and Beluga in accord with business strategy of the company.
• Manage, monitor and evaluate brand marketing activities (both ATL & BTL), budget and turnover of
the brand to drive brand equity and enhance brand experience of consumers at all touch points.
• Keep update market landscape, brand performance, product performance, customers and endconsumer’s feedback and competitor’s performance by conducting market survey monthly to find out
risk and new opportunities for brand growth.
• Ensure effective liaison with cross-functional teams, budget conformation and frequent update of data
analysis to deliver business objectives.
• Direct Marketing campaigns from beginning to end, including the relaunch campaign of Stroman from
July to September of 2020; new product launching campaign of Beluga from August to December of
2020 and new product launching campaign of Rossi from October to December of 2020, across both
online & offline touch points such as TV, radio, internet, PR, OOH, activation, event.
• The result of Stroman relaunch campaign: 20% sales increase compared to baseline.

• Spearhead various functions of market research projects, which include formulating quarterly brand
health check report to monitor performance, carrying out survey to measure the effectiveness of the
marketing campaigns, studying customer segmentation of business units to support them in identifying
target customers’ behaviors and needs towards financial products.
• Propose and contribute to brand communication campaigns such as “VPBank fast loan” campaign which
gained 3000 loan contracts and 2% in the conversion rate.
