Position: FINANCE COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
Following up assignments from Director of Finance (DOF)&Assistant to DOF
Following up hotel activities and ensuring the whole Finance department will join
Following up hotel contracts (purchasing, supply, advertising, rental, training, etc.)
Following up invoices from IHG (https://www.ihgsmartpay.com)
Following up fixed assest situation and making monthly report to the owner
Sending announcements from DOF or Human Resources to Finance Department
Supporting General Cashier& ensuring fulfillment of daily operation
Supporting secretaries in different departments and instruct them to prepare necessary document before submitting to Finance department
Submitting daily different documents to Personal Assistant to General Manager
Coordinating different sections in Finance department to finish assignments
Arranging meetings for Director of Finance
Booking flight tickets
Translating document as requests
Binding monthly reports
Paying attention to the office’s cleanness
