Trainee Associate
▪ Work closely with the Antitrust Team and the Retail Team;
▪ Translate contracts, data privacy policies, official dispatch and other documents into English/Vietnamese;

▪ Assist Senior Associates in preparing merger filings, translating SPA, drafting ERC and IRC related documents;
