Position: Assistant for the Solution
Department Manager
From December
2014 to July 2016
- Support the Manager in managing work progress through
using CRM; coordinate all related parties to meet the deadline,
report whenever there is any missed task.
- Support the Manager of Solution Department in administration
works as: translating, preparing all kinds of official letters,
processing the procedures of business trips for all department’s
staffs, managing documents, etc
- Supporting the Sales Department in bidding preparation

- Directly involve in project activities such as meeting/workshop
arrangement; report translation; official documents/ letter
draft; and all payments and expenditures related to project
activities
- Support CEO on reviewing Human Resource Use for better
project allocation, recommending Training Course for HR
improvement
- Provide logical support for company events as: annual visit,
quarterly meeting, year- end party, etc.
Position: Project Assistant and cordinator –
Consultancy Department and Solution

- Act as liaison between international consultants and local
counterparts
- Support PM in tracking project revenue and expenditure as
well as in setting implementation plan and report
implementation status to both PM and customers, alerting PM
whenever there is any extraordinary.
- Do all paperwork under project scope, including: drafting and
dealing with customer to finalize the acceptance minutes,
composing invoices and payment letter; collecting all contents
written by consultants (both local and international) into
consolidating reports, co-translating all reports as deliverables
of the project, updating the report, managing all project’s
document etc.
- Provide logistical support in some local and international
events
- Support BA Team in working with customers, modeling their
business process and writing description.

Position: Quality Assurance (QA) SpecialistService Department

- Assure the quality of English teaching through Lab (a
programme implemented by DTT- Eduspec Holdings Berhad -
EHB Consortium)
- Do the QA report

- Responsible for all procurement requests from the department
- Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
- Monitor contracts to be sure that vendors and supplies comply
with the terms and conditions of the contract and to determine
the need for changes
- Evaluate and analyze purchasing trend and price trend to
identify forecasting demand and minimize purchasing costs
- Maintains relationship with vendors or suppliers and negotiates
contracts for more complex purchase order
- Support HOD in the budget control and management and other
administrative works
- Responsible for office new setup and renovation
- Work as a recruiter by scanning candidates’ CV, performing inperson and phone interviews with candidates, inducting the new
comer , conducting exit interviews on terminating employees, etc
- Do other HR tasks as making monthly timesheet, working with
the company HR department to ensure employee’s rights and
responsibilities, etc
- Support the event team in finding most suitable location for each
event, most supplier for each campaign, reviewing their script/
program and giving feedbacks, working with stakeholders to
ensure good preparation (before, during and after the event)
- Do other tasks as making the presentation and Q & A on Schools
Link Program in front of students’ parents, working as the
proctor in variety of examinations such as English Olympic,
