I started working for Apollo after my graduation from University in Vietnam.
I was responsible for customer care to all internal and external customers, communicating well with other foreign teachers and students parents about students studying learning progress, advising on learning methods for parents, managing tuition fees on the system, interpreting when there are parent meetings with foreign teachers, checking students' qualifications, consulting English course for new students, etc. During almost 1 year of working here, monthly, I always get 1st place at the centre in terms of contract renewal rate with customers.
In addition, I was also trusted by the Center Manager to be assigned to be a mentor to train new employees.

I started my internship at the above letting agency back in June 2021 as a part-time job when I was doing my master degree.
My main roles were getting in touch and advising clients about the letting process and rents, setting up viewings, showing potential tenants around the properties. I am also in charge of doing reference checking, negotiating, selecting the most suitable tenants and setting up the contracts using the available systems. I also take part in advertising the properties on our platforms such as: Zoopla, Spareroom, Onthemarket, etc and answer all the questions or requests that the clients may have. On top of that, I do oversee the maintenance side of things, planning for the contractor to visit the properties and sort out any issues raised by the tenants.
From 2023, I was trusted and assigned to manage the application process for all necessary business licences and permits, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to regulations. I conduct in-depth research on legal requirements for various licences and permits especially for both the company and clients. I am also in charge of preparing and submitting detailed applications, liaising with government agencies to address any questions or concerns. Besides, I advise clients on legal compliance matters related to licensing and permits, mitigating potential risks.
