Compliance Intern (Full time) - Legal Compliance Department | 12/2020 - 06/2021
1. Research and analytic skills:
- Support compliance officer to review and update local policies in accordance with group policy requirements and local laws.
- Research core responsible EU law, group policies, and Vietnamese Law to localize content (policy, local work instruction, etc.) accordingly.
- Prepare presentation for compliance training and compliance reports.
- Assist the local compliance officer (LCO) in conducting annual Internal compliance control (ICC).
2. Writing skill:
- Write comprehensive articles on compliance topics (Financial Crime, Data protection, Anti-corruption, etc.) to raise awareness within the company.
- Prepare “Tone from the top” communication regarding compliance topics; support the LCO to prepare content/questionnaire for Integrity dialogue with relevant departments.
3. Communication:
- Consult other departments in relevant corporate policies and procedures.
- Liaise with departments for daily tasks as assigned.
4. Detailed orientation and organizational skills:
- Keep track and organize department’s files and documents.
- Revise local documents to update with the latest internal policies and group-wide requirements.

Research Vietnamese legislation governing the company’s activities such as investment law and securities law.
Keep track of monthly/ quarterly clients’ investment portfolio.
