 Function as the facilitating link among departments, directors, faculty members, staff, students, and Q
industries leadership
 Lead the school’s team building and ensure that all the operational SOP’s are live and adhere to the
philosophy of Q industries
 Prepare the monthly budget for the School, monitoring, reviews and management report
 Strategize the marketing directions and implement sales plans with the team
 Ensure the recruitment, training and assessment programs are conducted as per standards maintaining the
company’s integrity
 Prepare staff schedules to ensure efficiency and targeted results
 Liaise with industry partners for sponsorships in terms of equipment, ingredients and other goods for the
school’s benefit
 Support in course design, development, and review the materials regularly
 Promote a positive and interactive learning environment with academic lectures and hands-on learning to
culinary students
 Oversee the procurement of food, equipment and other necessary materials needed for the successful
operation of school
 Working with authorities for any legal matter and licenses

 Plan the students enrolment and manage the team business activities to reach the sales target set by the
Sales Manager and Center Manager.
 Responsible for completing individual sales assigned to the total sales of the team
 Organize the collection, analysis and evaluation of market information and make appropriate
recommendations
 Coordinate marketing activities to support customers.
 Responsible for direction, assignment, and training for team members.
 Make weekly / monthly working plans and monitor the performance of each team members.
 Report on business activities of the team to manager
