POSITION: INTERMEDIATE CS SPECIALIST
- Assist Sales Department in transaction such as document preparing (Sales contract,
samples…) under multi company -
- Receive PO , Create Sales contract and inform to Planning, Warehouse, Logistic for
preparation of Order
- Follow communication procedures, status of cargoes, confirm shipment schedule for Clients
- Observe customer’s payment & credit. Coordinate to Accounting Dept. and Logistic for
release cargoes
- Create SO and cooperate with Logistic issue invoice - Keep in touch with Logistic for prepare
shipping documents concerned shipment.
- Keep track of orders/delivery status and inform customer if any changes delivery
-Handle customers’ feedback.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow statement of account / credit with clients. Set off overpaid statement o account if
any
- Arranging for refund commission after complete service contract if any.
- Update report export to Manager / Board Management sales weekly / monthly

experience in this task so that I could develop more my potential which I am looking forward
to seeking for a long time. For me, it is not important how hard or challenges for new position
or new task, the most important thing is that how I perform and manage to do the best to
archive the target as well as contribute to company's development.
