Arrange transportation including vehicle and air ticket for staff travelling;
• Support for visitors including transportation and hotel arrangement as required.;
• Prepare and submit admin monthly payment relating to EMS, transportation, office renting, air tickets, hotel, and office supplies etc. to Finance Dept;
• Arrange appointments and book meeting rooms;
• General office management such as ordering stationary;
• Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair (air conditioning, security, parking etc.);
• Support timekeeping;
• Decorate and organize internal events (Tet party, Christmas, 20 10,…) ;

• Welcome guests, receiving mail/ calls;
• Manage of office facilities (furniture, electronics, necessities, ...);
• Work with the Management Board of the building (Procedures for permission, registration)
• Work with Vendor to manage cleaning, security, contractors matters;
• Work with Customers (Notifying, receiving requests, supporting customer requests, ...)
• Internal tasks, i.e Coordinate to work with the sections: project, procurement, IT,
Community, Accounting (General documents: monthly expense records, purchase
proposals, payment requests, manage site operating funds, ...)
• Keep track administration records;
