Mục tiêu nghề nghiệp
Long/Short – Term Objectives:
-Working with people is the most difficult challenge in my career path. Therefore, I sought a position that required motivation, challenge and responsibility to accumulate my knowledge and experience, and contribute my ability to grow the company.
-In 6 months, the goal will be improving a lot of skills of Human Resources, HSE, Compliance and GA
-In the next 1 year, will become 1 Team Lead
-Within 2 years, complete the HR Manager course. Create a
turning point in my career
-Within 5 years, becoming a true HR Manager at a large company (over 500 employees)
-Within 10 years will work in a company with 5-year senior, will have an HR team with many titles and training them.
