Logistic coordinator
- Receive products forecast from Customers, manage, plan and follow shipping schedule/logistics
activities and sure shipment shipped as per schedule
- Make packing list and calculate packaging material based on production plan
- Order packaging material, negotiating time and conditions, quality requirements and on time
delivery
- Coordinate with Production and Warehouse to ensure the reserve of raw materials to meet
production needs.
- Get to know and understand all the operational flows as well as procedures (including package
method and distribution)
- Monitor and resolve delivery issues: Late Delivery, QA Defect, Urgent Delivery
- Manage the logistics process for inventory maintenance, manufacturing delivery, and returns on products

Handle export shipment
- Follow up all import & export schedule to plan and send to related departments.
- To make invoice and packing list.
- Work with forwarders and business partner to ensure shipments are dispatched and delivered to
the right destination at the right time.
- To prepare and send a full set of shipping document to customer
- Follow up with forwarder and vessel to control shipment.
- To check invoice, debit note and shipping documents.
- Plan monthly payments, report shipping schedules to buyer
- Make payment of service cost for customers (forwarders, shipping lines....)
- To arrange for fumigation & and get certificates.
- Follow up and feedback the abnormal order status to customer
-Cross check cost and authorize supplier invoices to finance department after shipments.
- Cooperate with internal departments to forecast weekly shipping capacity
- Responsible for keeping all SOP updated and regularly reviewed to comply the guidelines
- Have knowledge about import & export customs procedures, customs regulations, International
