1. Consulting & Licensing
- Working with clients to identify and understand clients’ commercial
objectives and legal needs;
- Undertaking legal advuce on regarding corporate structures, market
entry for foreign investors, loan from offshore company.
- Assisting in documentation translation, preparation of the application
documents, letters of advice, etc. regarding relevant licensing aspects.
- Conducting legal research, discussions with authorities and other
relevant entities to determine solutions and implementing the solutions;
- Submitting applications to appropriate entities and collecting issued
documents;
- Reviewing contract and legal compliance;
- Preparing and submitting documents for work permit.

2. Maritime Cargo Claims
- Receiving clients’ request
- Researching documents and providing legal advice in response to
client’s queries;
- Undertaking claims to third party on behalf of underwriters or other
principals including but not limited preparing claims documents, follow
up, research and negotiate with Shipowners/Protection and indemnity
Club (especially in Singapore, Japan, Greece, China)
- Implementing and following procedure to receive compensation;
3. Litigation and ARD
- Supporting senior lawyer in researching, preparing documents for
lawsuit in court or arbitration in field of labor, insurance, marriage and
family.
