Sale Admin – Admin Executive
Responsible to handle:
**Sale Admin task:
- Support to draft guidance document for Software and Website
- Guide customers to use the software, answer customer questions and problems
- Coordinate and facilitate day to day operation of sales team
- Perform smooth running of daily office operations and all administration work
- Perform annual inventory for office assets and properties with assistance of Finance and IT team.
- Assist in sourcing of candidates and handle interview arrangement for team
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
**Admin task:
- Draft contracts, minutes of acceptance and minutes of contract liquidation
- Purchase and manage daily Office stationeries & equipments
- Prepare contracts and manage contract quotes and contracts
- Check and verify bills, expenses; make payment request to the suppliers
- Handle mails, couriers, etc. and deliver accordingly
- Manage company assets
- Support the company’s event (meeting, party, celebration & teambuilding, YEP...).
