Client coordinator- Logistic staff
Main responsibilities:
•Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low, maintains
quality throughout the logistic processes
•Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways
•Communicate and cooperate with suppliers, distributors and fowarders.
•Be responsible for documentations, including preparing paper works for inbound/ outbound
shipments, and reviewing shipment documents such as BOL, AWB, CI, PL, FUMIGATION
CERT,... as well as finding HS Code.
•Get in touch directly with Customs Sub-department ( Cat Lo, Vung Tau).
•Be responsible for resolving problems before/ after clearing customs such as: hs code,
imported tax, manual inspections.
•Arrange the transportation, documentary to delivery goods to client company.
•Collect and send invoices to appropriate department.
•Carry out visa procedures or documents for foreigner experts.

•Arranging and keep all related contracts & docs.
•Making quotations,translation forms
•Issuing an invoice, reminding customers of due or overdue debt.
•Checking due date of the clients and suppliers following up the payment, delivery on
time.•Make a contract & contact with clients.
•Arranging cars, hotel, plane ticket for all salemans as their booking.
•Figuring out & summarize general cost, labor time.
•Handling guests and clients.
