Projects and Operations:
 Finance lead in setting up SAP B1 accounting system, E-invoice system for 9 entities in the group:
Integration, migration, UAT test, user coaching.
 Finance lead in co-operation project with strategic partners (EVN Finance, Viettel, Ninja Van, Urbox,
Momo, new coming Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, CellphoneS, Zalopay); Integration T24 banking core system
(reports to SBV).
 Finance support to build project projection, cashflow, calculate breakeven point and profitability of the
project.
Accounting, Tax, Reporting and Planning & Analysis:
 Prepare month-end closing procedure. Ensure Financial Statements were reported properly on time. Report
management reports, budget, forecast, cash flow to HK Regional Team and VN BOD.
 In charge of preparing and dealing with DPI, Tax authorities, SBV, CIC.
 Build KPI reports, control forecast and budget, review acquisition cost, manage KPI factors (CPI, CPA,
CAC, NPL, etc.), and raise alert/suggested solutions to managements level to edit strategies/plans.
 Build and control monthly sales plan and working capital for cash loan (disbursement, collection,
outstanding).
 Manage, support and coach team members below; deal with BOD and other departments (Tech, Ops, BD,
Product, Marketing).

 Deep understanding of Financial Institute & Banking/ Fintech industry.
 Successfully set up integration for collection channel via Momo and Bank Counters.

o Position: Assistant Manager, Finance System Support and Transformation
 Take the leading role in changing and transformation in finance processes, policies and procedures. Play role as Project Manager for projects leaded by Finance.
 Provide on-going maintenance and support to finance and accounting system users to ensure successful delivery and smooth operation.

o Industry: E-commerce, retail
o Position: Accounting Supervisor
 Prepare group packages (on IFRS and US GAAP basic), KPI reports, internal management reports, sales reports (gross margin by category and SKU), control Marketing spend and budget, and control working capital for commercial operation.
 Perform closing procedures and control all issues related to Account Receivable and Sales, Marketing
revenue, and Logistic/3PLs.
 Support SAP integration and automation project.
 Build up flow charts, procedures; Set up automatic integration e-invoice.
 Manage team of 10 members, support and prepare coaching to team members.

o Position: Division Finance Manager
 In charge of Financial statements on HFM-Hyperion/Oracle (Accounting system)
 Prepared yearly and quarterly forecasts, budgets, market reports, management reports, and cashflow forecasts
 Collaborated with internal auditors (Paris), external auditors (EY), tax settlements and clients audit
 Reviewed contracts and assessed potential risks
 Directly working with clients in receivables collection and solving the issues in the billing process (AR collection)
 Rebates calculation, reconciliation and controlling

o Industry: Professional Auditing Services (Assurance Division)
o Position: Audit Associate – Year 2
 In charge of all accounts and reviewing Financial Statements for more than 20 companies across a wide variety of industries (building and construction, minerals, manufacturing, and telecommunications)
 Audited all Balance Sheet and Profit and Lost accounts, and proposed any necessary adjustments
 Reconciled all accounts and prepared Financial Statements as well as audit reports
 Investigated and reviewed potential risks or management’s weakness
