I. OVERVIEW
- Develop material for professional fac-led & online courses by
determining, solving functions needs;
- Define objectives for a course/curriculum & prepare the concept
outline, content delivery, assessments, materials...
- Plan, organize and deliver comprehensive training programs, which
includes online and offline, to internal and external withhighly
productive, timely, and professional;
- Involve in training projects as a project member to develop training
material;
- In charge of FY learning budget proposal (Feb/March), and also
prepare FY learning budget (Jan/Feb) for functionalleaders.
- Manage learning monthly budget, payment, facilitator allowances,
expenses...
- Involve in external training services as a program producer;
- Other tasks to be assigned by L&D team leaders.
II. INTERNAL LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
- Responsible to evaluate the quality of internal training courses by
session/program survey, monthly/quarterly report
- Administration roles:
+ aDvance: manage training courses from on-boarding to offboarding on web and mobile app: training
programs/courses,material/resources, forum, activities, training
pre-work, participant attendance record, invitation, reminder, course
survey.
+ SABA E-learning & SABA Report: provide e-learning courses for
audiences from level Intern to level Partner. Definelearning needs by
function and level based on the local and global curriculum. Record
and export learning hours report (fac-led, eLearning), performance
report, survey report.
+ Cura: internal social network system where Deloitte employee can
exchange their knowledge and documents. Cura alsoprovides an
open-source of articles, news, research, materials… which based on
AI and IoT technology system.And also work on other related
systems: PMS, SAP Concur, SAP Success Factor, SS booking...

technical update; Induction...
- Working on the compilation of facilitator and participant materials.
Responsible to coordinate: facilitator, timeline, materials...
- In charge of delivering soft-skill sessions for level Intern to level

2. Global: Global Manager Milestones (GMM); soft-skills; technical
update...
- Working with the SEA Talents team as a producer for each course.
- Responsible to coordinate: facilitator, timeline, venue (hotel or
convention center), and other operational activities for SEAtraining
courses.
3. E-learning:
- Working closely with internal design team and suppliers on
production: system, graphics placement, animations,
audioimporting & editing. Keep up to date on learning tools, trends,
ideas…- Monitor online learning platform as administrator and also
involve in training projects to develop training materials.
4. Curriculums:
- Responsible to prepare and propose FY local curriculum to
functional leaders of A&A, Tax & Legal, FAS, RA
- Follow the Global/SEA learning curriculums of 4 functions; review
with functional leaders and involve in customizing learningmaterials
for the Vietnam team.
5. Deloitte Passport (DP): work with Talents team for planning
exams: test, interview, exam result evaluation. Responsible forDP
training programs: develop/update materials, deliver sessions of
introduction/soft-skills.
6. Certificates such as ACCA, CPAA, ICAEW, MBA, ADIT, CFE:
manage annual sponsor budget, payment, sponsorcontract…
7. Support HR & Talents team: University tours; quarterly facilitator
performance evaluation...
