-- Responsible for organizing human resources and the management of company employees, improve and implementing policies, processes and systems.
- Revise organizational structure, JD. Build KPI evaluative system and organize the assessment of employees’ performance, responsible for keeping track of attendance and performance
- Organize building, updating the price salary and supervising implement at the factories exactly. Revise and update salary scale.
- Organize recruiting, interviewing & hiring staff (basic manufacturing labor force and managers).
- Responsible for organizing the company's labor and welfare as the labor law.
- Responsible for organizing training employee whole company.
Coordinating with all department Managers to define training needs and preparing annual training schedule to improve performance and
productivity
- Consult BOD about building positive working environment by improving policies and procedures.
- Build HR budget and track and compare the actual headcount with budgeted and ensure that indirect headcount ratio controlled.
- Developing internal communication strategies and processes to keep
departments informed on critical HR issues, policies and procedures.
- Responsible for office supplies, environmental sanitation, employee safety, diet, utilities (electric, water, internet), and general work
environment maintenance
- Responsible for company announcements, directives and administrative awards.
- Responsible for creating a strong company culture
- Responsible for Fire protection and environmental license and organize to implement their requirements.
