• Primarily focus on develop customer database of HR Outsourcing Solutions, strictly following service
standards and guidelines stipulated in the Service Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

*** Recruitment (for Staffing service, Mass recruitment)
• Responsible for placement of jobs, close transactions of client’s vacated positions and increase business
with prospects and existing clients to meet budgeted sales revenue target.
• Ensure high quality of service delivered to both candidates and clients through SOP (Standard Operational
Process).
• Perform variety of administrative tasks that support to overall mission of quality performance and service

Oversee all HR processes in Vietnam, and provides HR services on payroll, resourcing, employee relations
and ensure HR process and practice compliance meeting local regulation
• Manage on-going HR operations and activities which includes new hires and leaver process, ensuring
personnel record integrity, leave management, HR system and report generation
• Manage monthly payroll run, employer tax withholding and social insurance / company benefit program
• Oversee local HR contract and process integrity, including contract with 3rd party and outsourcing agencies
• Act as a custodian of local HR policies and procedure in line with Group HR guideline
• Act as a custodian of OHSE, facilitate health and safety review process and manage H&S activities in line
with Group standard and local law requirement
• Responsible for managing employee relations including staff welfare programmes development, grievance
handling, and employee communications facilitation. Support people managers on employee relations
issues resolution
• Manage expatriates’ relocation, work permit, and tax filing liaising with Group appointed service provider
• Oversee general office affairs and physical facility management
