Position: Director Assistant/Legal Manager
Mr.AHN JONG TAE
Mr.Ahn Jong Tae is a founder of Tova Co.,Ltd, mentor of Da Jim Construction Co.,Ltd and Zenith International Vietnam Co.,Ltd, operating in the fields of consulting, investment and trading.
Responsibility (all three companies above):
- Assisting the Director in developing and overseeing the business strategies of company.
- Drafting, checking, controlling the authorization and decentralization system according to the Company's regulations.
- Checking the legality, legal documents, documents of the Company before issuing.
- Researching, learning, regularly and promptly update changes in legal regulations related to the Company's business activities for management.
- Drafting, checking, reviewing, appraising Contracts arising in the daily activities of the Company.
- Checking the system of internal documents and ensure that the issuance and implementation of internal documents of the Company are in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws.
- Company registration, Food registration, M&A, trademark registration etc.

Responsibility:
- Pre-assignment meeting with client, where appropriate, to discuss the licensing issues;
- Drafting the necessary documents (in both Vietnamese and English) for compilation of the application dossier;
- Submitting the application dossier to the licensing authorities on your behalf;
- Drafting and reviewing the contract.

- Over 5-years experience and knowledge in legal: economic law, investment law, labor law, real estate law, M&A, draft contract, etc.

- Very good experience in consulting legal and management in-house and administrative procedures.
- Excellent creative thinking and communicating skill.
- Strong leadership with very good training and coaching skill.
- Have good network with law firm, state agencies, etc.
