Title: Group Human Resources Manager
Headcount: 5 staffs
Management: 300 staffs
Job functions:
Implement benefits plans, personnel transactions such as hiring, promotion, transfer, performance review, disciplinary, termination and staff statistics.
Update new legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources functions to ensure company policies and regulations are in compliance with the law.
Represent company at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Advise management in appropriate resolution of staff relations issues.
Recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
Respond to inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and programs.
Supervise, implement and evaluate Performance Appraisal system.
Recruit, interview, and select candidates to fill all vacant positions.
Monitor the maintenance of current Job Descriptions, salary grades and benefits packages.
Provide accurate calculation of payroll, service charge, tip, bonus for all staffs in accordance with government and company policies & procedures.
Conduct wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
Manage the timely payment of all staffs as per company deadlines.
Ensure social insurance registration and termination of staffs done properly.
Develop and administer staff recognition programs.
Coordinate with other departments to organize company activities such as staff monthly party, annual outing trip, yearend party, etc.
Handle all expat issues such as visa, work permit if needed.
Perform other tasks assigned by the owner or general manager.
Contract outside suppliers to provide staff services such as parking lot service.
