RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintained and enhanced domestic and oversea market share.
- Conducted both direct and indirect sales channels.
- Costed steel cords and bead wires; negotiated price with clients.
- Led a team of 4 members.
- Monitored forecast accuracy and conducted delivery according to shipping plan confirmed.

- Built and deployed sales operation and procurement systems.
- Sorted, approached prospects and built business network in the oil, painting, sealant and beverage industries in domestic and oversea.
- Discussed with board of director to build short and long-term business development plans.
- Managed OEM projects with International brands such as Disney.
- Costed goods, set achievable annual and monthly sales target.
- Sourced and purchased materials, particularly steel handle, masterbatch and plastic bag to provide for Vietnam factory and Headquarter in Thailand.
