Working as a bartender at Kokois is my first job. My job is to make drinks followed up to the given recipes, including coffee art, smoothies, juices and simple cocktails. Inventory is also my duties, inventory check have to be done daily.
Từ 2018 đến 2018: Khác tại Opus saigon
Opus is a private dining restaurant, where I had work as a private room server. My role is to set up the dining room, take care of greeting the customer, recommend and take order from the customer in both food and spirit menu. It is my duties to serve the customer and taking care of their requirement when need to the standard of private dining. During the time I worked at Opus I had a change to learn about wine and cuisine
Từ 2018 đến 2020: Trưởng nhóm / ban tại Snuffbox Speakeasy Bar
In the first 4 months working at Snuffbox, I have worked in the position of bartender. During this time, my job is to make classic cocktail or cocktails following up given recipes. My role also included offering and explain to the customer about our menu, take and make drinks, making sure that the working area and working equipment is clean. After 4 months, I got promoted to Supervisor Bartender. In addition to all my duties as a bartender, I required to do inventory check daily and ordering inventory from spirits, softdrinks to fresh product. At the same time I have to trained new employee, and make sure that employee keeping on track with their work. My advanced of being a supervisor is I am able to do mixology cocktails out of the menu. At the same time, I also take the role of cashier. My role is to keep tracks of order, printing bills and do daily revenue report for the bar owner. During the time that I work at Snuffbox I had joined two well known competitions:
