Admin & HR Manager
With this role as Admin & HR Manager, I am responsible of the followings:
- Manages full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, learning & development and employee engagement Develops and implements HR and Administration policies and processes for all staff, in accordance with Vietnam Labour Code;
- Review and recommend compensation and benefits program to attract and retain talent;
- Develops and implements training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs, including on-the-job operational training, department special training, management development, new hire orientation and on boarding;
- Build company culture.
- Develops and implements compensation strategies and structures that align with company goals and ensures the provisions of cost effective benefits plan;
- Deploy periodic assessment of departmental/staff objectives to evaluate effectiveness and suitability;
- Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported & resolved;
- Review organizational structures for effective deployment of resources;
- Responsible for the planning of annual manpower budget;
- Plans, develops, implements and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of a performance management system;
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the company.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services (IT, office management…), maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians, IT staffs, cleaning service…)
- Organize and supervise other office activities (yearly company events…)
- Working with relevant authorities as requested from time to time;
- Other tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

e. Ensure compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures on personnel management such as recruiting, welfare benefits and work contract termination;
f. Define job positions for recruitment and managing the interview process;
g. Manage personnel’s individual and collective development, such as training, assessment and promotions;
h. Oversee the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks, such as holiday management, sick leave, replacement jobs and wage payments;
i. Conduct training and coaching for new staff and carry out staff induction for new team members;
j. Coordinate and perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
