departments. Review Purchase Requests (PRs) for
compliance, completeness and accuracy.
Make PO to buy all kind of finished product, processing
material in food industry... which belongs to Inbound
logistics.
Be in charge of import procedures, prepare all documents,
customs declaration sheet to do customs clearance.
Ensure the purchasing activities not only meet company
target in term of lead time, standardization, quantity,
quality, budget and profit rate but also ensure compliance
to process or guidelines.
Follow up and maintain Purchasing master data including
material master, vendor master, price contract, info
record...
Develop and implement planning for procuring, storing,
and distributing goods or services.
Follow up, examine and test existing contracts.
Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on
procurement costs.
Nurture relationships with suppliers
