Key areas of accountability:
• Receptionist Role:
- Create a representative and welcoming environment for staff, colleagues and visitors to SC office;
- Process all outgoing mails, faxes, pouch materials and make phone calls as requested; Process and distribute incoming mails/e-mails and internal communications.
• Administration Role:
-Organize the events of SCI at HCM office: Training, Events, All staff meeting, Closing workshops,…;
- Make monthly payment for the office maintenance costs: office rental cost, electricity cost, drinking water cost, office equipment repair costs,stationery&consumable goodscost,…;
-Provide general administration supportincluding: word processing, data entry, internet research tasks;translation works, typing minutes of team meetings;
-Manage the petty cash fund &IT equipment of Ho Chi Minh Office;
-Carry out Supply Chain activities: Process the Procurement packages; Deal with Supplier to get best value of money; Prepare contract for supplier to make sure Supplier delivery goods /services in the best quality on time;
-Filing system: store all documents, monthly payments, the related documents in the Supply Chain activities on both Admin & Supply Chain online system and offline system;
• Support HR department: prepare logistic for interview; welcome, handover & farewell to the staffs in HCM office; contact to FOSCO for staff’s social insurance.
