JOB DESCRIPTION
A. Working as a project assistant :
1.To review & follow the contract until it will be signed.
2.To assist in submission of documentation to Authorities.
3.To take notes the meeting that includes design meeting, site
meeting and design presentation meeting.
4.To manage project documents such as contract, drawing, certificate, variation
order, request information, etc.
5.To attend & carry out the payment process.
6.To arrange the meeting room & book the air plane ticket for business trips.
7.Creating the weekly & monthly statements.
8.Record the dispatch, internal memo in & out of construction department
9.To follow, record the variations and check the rationality of them. And, to
submit and process the variation order hard copies.
10.Making the variation order report to PM
11.To translate the related document when PM requests.
12.To have attended the projects such as Hong Thinh,
The Peaks (M5M6), Happy Valley Premier (R12), Signature (M7), C13B, and CN8-2.
13.The other tasks as Project Manager requests.
B.Working as business director assistant:
1. Advising the business plans, marketing
plans, investment plans, and development strategies of real estate projects.
2.Making business plan, marketing and follow up business progress through sales deployment
periods.
3. To ensure the committed targets and progress.
4.Build sales teams, recruit, train sales staff, and manage the operations of the internal market.
5. Finding and developing agencies & strategies.
6. To develop sales policies, promotions, Organize site tour to visit the project.
7. To establish, implement and control effectively operational costs according to an approved
plan.
8.The other tasks as BOD requests.
C. Working as the sale admin :
1.To provide all the information of projects for sale and agencies
2. Supporting in the making the deposit of the unit
3.To assist sale & agencies in providing the client’s information to
Developer.
4. Follow up and record the status of all the deals.
5. Report on time the status of situations to the business director
6.Storing & managing all the documents related the project.
7.Taking the weekly meeting minutes of projects.
8.Making the weekly, month report.
9. Arrange the business trip for business director such as booking air plane
ticket, hotel & transportation.
10. Coordinate with the other department to hold the team building, year-end party.
11.The other tasks as business director requests
12.To have distributed the projects such as One Verandah (Q2), Sun group Premier
(Phú Quốc), New City (Q2), Flora ( Q9), Hausneo (Q9), Charming Ton ( Q4), Diamond
island,Vista,D’edge (Q2), D1 Mension (Q1), etc.
