- Prepare documents in litigation procedure related to civil and commercial disputes;
- Liaise with the litigants and other relevant parties in the disputesto confirm their presence, receive documents and evidence;
- Verify information and serve court documents to competent authorities and litigants;
- Prepare required documents for each session and meeting of the Court;
- Preliminarily draft and finalize the Court Minutesto recap all information from any meeting
or session of the Court;
- Conduct legal research legal basis, background information and legal issues related to
cases;
- Provide preliminary legal opinion for the in-charge cases for the Court Clerk and Judge
reference;
- Arrange and manage dossiers logically and scientifically

Internal Consultation
- Participate in the assessment process and propose solutions for challenges related to work processes;
- Support the Manager in establishing seamless work processes across departments,
ensuring compliance with the company's regulations rule legal requirements;
- Analyze the current work situation and assess its effectiveness. Propose and implement
improvements to optimize processes, reduce processing time, and enhance the quality of
information.
Team Leadership
- Clearly define the team's objectives and create a detailed work plan. Discuss and develop
a detailed work plan to achieve the set goals;
- Identify the training and development needs of each team member;
- Assign tasks based on the skills and abilities of each team member. Ensure everyone
understands their responsibilities and the impact of their work on the overall goals;
- Organize work systematically while remaining flexible to unforeseen changes;
- In case of conflicts, support constructive and positive resolution. Encourage understanding
and avoid negative conflicts.
Operations, Compliance Oversight
- Oversee the department's regular reports and ensure that all reports are completed on
time as required and in compliance with regulations;
- Participate in legal procedures with other departments when issues arise;
- Regularly check and update the management system to ensure the department's progress, accuracy, and efficiency;
- Organize regular meetings to review progress and address issues, handling urgent
situations related to training and resources.

As an active and enthusiastic person, I am ready to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully accomplish tasks to a highly expected. To further develop myself, I often dedicate time to self-learning through in-depth courses on legal regulations, taught by reputable experts in the field. My short-term goal is to complete the Lawyer Training Course by 2024-2025 then get the Lawyer Practicing Certificate. Simultaneously, my long-term goal is to become an outstanding in-house legal expert.
