- Managed a 4-member team to monitor for intellectual property violations for over 20 popular brands on many online platforms, filed NTD requests for over 10000 violations on e-commerce platforms and more than 500 infringing contents on social media sites every month in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia.
- Conducted initial online investigation on suspicious targets in many sectors such as fashion, electronics, pharmaceuticals, etc, ensured that the projects were finished under the deadline.
- Effectively managed and updated the data in the organization’s proprietary monitoring software, managed billing status and confidential documents of stakeholders.
- Established positive relationships with e-commerce platforms, assisted clients (Kering Groups, Philips) to engage in Lazada special IP protection program, supported in MOU signing with TikTok to raise awareness of online counterfeiting.
- Escalated rejections from the platforms as well as counter-complaint by providing accurate analysis of the infringement and IP regulation.
- Motivated and assisted the team members to complete the tasks in a timely manner, provided training regarding the profession.

As an Online Brand Protection Specialist and a Master of Laws candidate in Technology Law, I have a passion for protecting intellectual property rights in the digital space. I have over three years of experience in online enforcement, working with React, a global leader in anti-counterfeiting solutions. There, I contributed to the detection, analysis, and removal of infringing listings, websites, and social media accounts, as well as the development and implementation of online brand protection strategies for various clients. I also have a background in economics law, having obtained my Bachelor's degree from the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City in 2019. During my studies, I completed an internship at the District 8 Judgment Execution Sub-department, where I gained valuable insights into the legal system and procedures. I have acquired multiple certifications in intellectual property law and GDPR compliance, and I have developed skills in legal research, analysis, compliance, and communication. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to new challenges and opportunities in the field of technology law, and to learn from and collaborate with other professionals who share my vision and values.
