Detailed job:
Receive and update customer service policies from CS Manager and deploy to the Northern ticketing teams.
Audit, evaluate and grade the performance of ticketing staffs daily, monthly in order to evaluate the annual labor results.
Instruct and support ticketing teams, directly communicate with customers to listen to complaints, and resolve customer requests in difficult cases that the ticketing staff can not handle..
Deploy CS training courses for downtown ticketing teams to improve customer service quality.
Follow cases on the CRM system, manage, organize and retrieve data as required.
Record / rearrange the typical complaints (case studies) for the CS Dept to consider completing policy and guide ticketing teams handling the situation.
Conduct and synthesize the results of service quality surveys (direct customer consultation, hidden customer, camera extraction, etc.) and make the report to the Northern CS Manager.
Support agents when problems arise, review reasonable solutions, and submit to superiors for approval.
Assist the Northern CS Manager in deploying CS professional training courses for ticketing teams to improve service quality.
Execute other duties assigned by the Northern CS Manager.
Assist HR Dept in recruiting.

Receive customer's complaints or requests and resolve within company's policy.
Handle customer cases related to flight ticketing, including but not limited to rescheduling, corrections, changes, check-in problem.
Instruct customer on the necessary procedures to make flight: identification, passport, visa, immigration ...
Update terms and conditions in company's policy to provide customers when required
Manage and support agents.
