Key responsibilities:
• Annual Process compliance in order to make sure the HRS team following the existing process
• Create and implement a standard set of Key Performance Indicators
• Be the legal ‘point person’ check that new laws have been recorded and processed by the team. Understand the new laws and advise Directors on what needs to do
• Review and follow up the process comply with Quality Standard Requirement of International Organization
Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitment
• Develop and monitor HR policies, procedures, organization chart
• Develop, analyst and update the company’s salary budget, evaluation program
• Ensure HR department complies with Company Policies, Employment Laws and Regulation
• Responsible for Payroll, bonus, PIT, PIT Finalization…
• Responsible for reports to Authority (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Other tasks as per General Director

* Human Resources:
•Develop and working out the HR plan and policies and ensure HR department complies with Group Policies, employment Laws and Regulation.
•Identify the training needs, develop training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees
•Develop and implement disciplinary polices and employee welfare policies - Overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitment
•Responsible for Payroll, bonus, PIT, PIT Finalization and submit to Labors and Social Insurance Authority
* Accounting:
•Manage the accounting system including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, project costing, inventory, cash flow projection, credit and corrections to contribute to being overall financial and performance results.
•Ensure compliance with corporate, local statutory requirement through appropriate record keeping.
•Responsible for month-end and year-end closing . Analysis of operating expenses and revenue . Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, quarterly forecasts, performance review and budget, consolidation .
•Conduct audit schemes . Ensure efficient running of the accounting and other department. Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s target

· Attend meeting with Authority and Embassy/Consulate related to welcoming Navy Ship to Vietnam for countries relationship
·Assign mission to staff for carrying out service of client/agency’s order
·Supervise daily tasks of employee and support for staff to give out the solution if any
problem during carrying out service
·Responsible for Cost management, for customer service, revenues and reports to BOM
